- To clear fields on the order form if you change your mind :
- For Sections A, B, C & DChange the "Sample Number" selection box back to 'select sample'; or change the "Quantity" field back to zero.
- For Section CDUncheck the relevant selected checkbox.
- For Sections E & F
Change the "Style Number" selection box back to 'select style'; or change the "Quantity" field back to zero.
